What’s your return policy?

McNally is pleased to offer our consumer retail customers a 30 day, from date of purchase, a no hassle return policy on all unopen or new (unused) products. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-877-8479 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused. After 30 days from purchase product may be accepted for return however there will be a 15% restocking fee. No product will be accepted for return after 90 days. No used or damaged products will be accepted for return. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. If you need help with your installation, please contact McNally Customer Support at 1-813-783-3361. McNally hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm eastern standard time.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.


Do you accept Credit Cards?

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We do not store credit card information.
